Gentleman Blob

I come across this character today while out doing some pre roading inspections. The pile of crusher dust is for the mountain bike tracks but the club members have not done much with it yet. I was told by a lady doing some gardening that her husband put the eyes on and then it developed from there and people have added features to create this chap.
