Cooper's Hawk ....

... on the look out. 

We went to Jacobsburg State Park this afternoon to see if we could get any hummingbird pictures.  There were a few around but I just couldn't capture any of them to my satisfaction.  My focus was way off!!

Later on this evening I was sitting in the sun room and this Cooper's Hawk landed on one of our garden structures.  I quickly took a few pictures before shooing him/her off!  I don't mind them hunting in my area ... just not in my back yard!!!!  

As it was late in the evening and all the good light was gone so the pictures weren't the best.  I have fartnarkled around in Topaz and added an affect so as to improve the photo.
