My beloved Oslo - The grassroots square

I pass this square on my way to work that is from July 2012, and I'm still fascinated by the 50,000 miniature figures in 500 different styles, and in different sizes. They cover an area of 50 square meters.

It is created by the Korean artist Do Ho Suh, based in Seoul, London and New York. The art is a tribute to the grassroots movement, people that are not in power positions, but believing that there are power in ordinary people fighting together for a better society.

Winter
even more snow
