Dancing on ice

Spotted this skater  after I had finished my session in the gym (grrr….) at the Peak Sports Village ,the new community based sports centre in Stirling.
 
It go me thinking. The Peak is heaving with people of all shapes, sizes and ages. It offers something for everyone from swimming to wheelchair curling.
 
This really does “get people active” and such is the demand that they have had to double their ice rink.
 
Now isn’t that a much better option for all than Judy Murray’s tennis centre in the middle of a field on a historic designed landscape?
 
Our local paper, the Stirling Observer, today carried a big spread on the forthcoming Public Inquiry- see extra photo- where Judy Murray will certainly be the star of the show.
Well, it’s a bit different from Strictly…
