Fuchsia

Today's blip is an emergency shot of the Fuchsia on my balcony. Most of its flowers have gone now but it still has a few and a couple of buds on it.

After nearly a double shift of just under 9 hours today, during which I managed to do some work sitting down for about 45 minutes, all I wanted was to get home as quickly as possible and get off my feet, which were starting to feel quite hot and rather sore.

The temperature outside has become more bearable early in the morning and also in the evening when the sun has disappeared but it still gets very warm the rest of the day and the previous heat is still trapped inside my apartment.
