Measuring what matters...

A big day and a really positive one. Two handwritten notes left their mark today - including this one from a young person who has been a volunteer with us since her mid teens. This is why we do it.

The other was in response to a speech I gave this morning. A wonderfully generous gift which is safely stored to read on the days I need it.

My heartfelt thanks to both note writers - it means so much to connect with people in this way.
