INSET day - how did that happen? Where did the summer go?

Massively busy but my walk in along the canal was lovely and set me up nicely for the day. I saw 2 herons. I love herons. They have a special meaning to me.

I've walked 3 miles to work the last 3 days. Three miles a day may not sound a lot, but I feel quite weary this evening. I think most of it is mental tiredness though. A long weekend now before the autumn term properly starts... I may treat myself to loads of sleep :)
