Up up and away

What a beautiful evening! I believe through the grapevine that it was a lovely day as well, but given that I was in the office between 6am and 7pm I didn't see any of that lovely sunshine.

We see quite a few hot air balloons in the area over the summer months, and one of the launch sites is across the road from our courtyard. They frequently fly over our house and sometimes I am awoken by the skkkkkkkshssssssssss of the flames as they rise higher. Tonight they were launching from the village green so I had an opportunity to get underneath it while it was still relatively close. Lucky people!
