...........spoiling myself........

I paid for the last few good days...........terrible night last night.
Went off to bed around midnight........watched tv for half an hour.......woke up.......looked at the clock........1.40! Awake until around 4.00...........woke up..........looked at the clock........5.10! Watched the original Gunfight at the O.K.Corral......Kirk Douglas, Burt Reynolds. Settled down at the end........woke up at 8.45.

Felt terrible.......headache.......sore legs........swollen ankles........late for the cat's breakfast......coffee..........medication..........cereal. I couldn't go back to sleep...........the GP was going to phone..........the man was coming to measure up for a new blind............and the lovely Jen was coming to do Reiki at 1.00.

The GP phoned just after 11.00........the blind man (no pun intended)called at 11.45............Jen arrived at 1.10. We had a chat......she did her thing.......we had a drink.......she left at 3.00 to pick up her kids from school. She must have done a good job on me because I had a fag........sat down..........and woke up at 7.10.........over two hours late for the cat's tea!!!!!

So.....the blip...........the logo of the local Chinese............still feeling washed out............no energy for cooking..........some thing with noodles I think.
