A longish lie, breakfast, chores, shopping, work, reading, cooking, home, dinner, cleaning, film.

A pretty productive day.

Lots of cleaning and tidying done in preparation for my friend coming to stay this weekend, bought a couple of birthday/Christmas (shhhh) presents for folk, had a wander round part of the Dean Cemetery , read more of my book, and had a really tasty dinner cooked by Iain.

Tomorrow it's the weekend and my friend comes to stay. Looking forward to seeing her.
