Battered Roses

Last week I blipped a rose from this tree, which wasn’t quite to the letter of the Flower Friday theme that week, and this morning I found roses that were just buds on the tree last week were now in full bloom, but had been heavily battered by last night’s rain.  Now there’s not much humour in that so I guess I’m following a theme here.  Not quite like my ‘Flowers from Sainsburys’ theme though.
