Something nasty has bitten me

Ohhhh I'm in agony.
Some nasty insect ( think it was that yellow dung fly on the compost heap) bit me on Sunday - once on the base of my thumb and again on my elbow. Apart from being EXTREMELY ITCHY (and I haven't scratched it - honestly), it is hot and swollen and the reaction has spead to the lymph node at the top of my arm.
Much the same around my elbow ...
