A view from the Binns

...Or The House of the Binns to be precise.

Clare and myself decided that as the weather looked ok (ahem!!), we should head up to the House of the Binns and get a wee wander around the grounds.

It is a property owned by the national trust and more info regarding it can be found Here!!

The sun was shining wonderfully when we started and even though the weather forecast was for no rain in the afternoon, the sky told a different picture.

Sure enough and true to Scotland, it wasn't long before it started to "Bucket doon wi' rain!!"

Walk finished it was then off for a wee coffee. A braw end to the afternoon.
