Joanna

Joanna is Amish; she is a regular in the family's meat vendor stall at St.Jacobs market.  Always pleasant and friendly; today she was offering samples of sausage with her hand on her hip.  I told her that was a typical stance for Mexican women; she said she probably learned it because she has so many brothers she often has to look after.
