Cemetery Saturday

White on white on white on blue.

I waited at the national cemetery for 30 minutes. A hot air balloon was high in the sky, and I was hoping that it would drift over the headstones. The color of the balloon against the stark white of the stones...you get the picture. But, instead of coming Northeast like I wanted...it lazily soared due North.

A beautiful day. 73F (16C) and sunny. Unfortunately, I spent most of the afternoon inside...watching my Michigan football team beat Hawaii by 60 points. What a waste of time. What was I thinking?
