Going Up

... to the Daegeumgul Cave. We have seen several caves around the world but this one was an exception. It's accessible only by monorail which takes you up the slope and then through the tunnel right into the cave (heart of the mountain). Most of the time inside the cave you walk along or right above a strong current of gushing water who's is probably responsible for the cave and its flute shape. Both the sight and sound of huge amount of pristine water is humbling. I don't think we could ever see something like that in Europe unless we are expert speleologists. Great experience.

We had a lovely, delicious, entertaining slow food dinner afterwards in Samcheok. We already love Korean cuisine!
