Cormorant

A double-crested cormorant was the only one posing for photos in the short time I was out this afternoon. I've not paid much attention to cormorant's feet, and this photo gives a good look at their large webbed feet. These feet are a big part of the reason cormorants are strong swimmers and divers, going from 5 feet to 60 feet (1.5-18.3 M) deep. They swim underwater as long as 70 seconds in their pursuit of fish to eat.
