Filey & Flambough Head - BACK BLIP

On Sunday morning we drove to Filey and had a little wander round the old town mainly for wife as this was the place she came on holiday as a child with her grandparents. As there were no convenient parking places we went to the Country Park on the north side of the town that overlooks the beach and leads to the Brigg. After our picnic lunch we drove to Flamborough and called wife's cousin – this was very pleasant and were treated to very welcome tea and biscuits. From here we went Thornwick Bay and  Flamborough Head. Today’s blip is a view of Filey beach from the country park.
