Felix surveying our trees

We drove down to Oregon this morning and arrived early evening did the grocery shopping in good old Forest Grove and then drove to the place.  These are the trees we planted with my parents in 1987.  They are now big enough to be thinned some more.  The trees my dad planted are even and straight; there is a distinct difference.  He loved it here because it is quiet, peaceful and full of trees and wildlife.  We had a wonderful dinner and built a fire as it was not too warm, cool in fact.  But so good to be here.  Many stars in the sky tonight.
