Buying tobacco

Spotted this lady in the souq this morning.  She was buying her stash of tobacco.  
It was rather hot out today,  we didn't spend too long there.  Have also been hit by strong winds and apparently a sandstorm is on its way.  Think I might be spending the day at home tomorrow
