A small parcel of land

Local builders have been after building on this plot for years. It did contain some protected Japanese maples which have been quietly removed. This land is a few hundred yards from our house (where the cyclists' coaches were yesterday), but I have not heard that planning permission has been granted. Thought I would blip it and watch progress. The same builders are transforming part of the old hospital across the road (maybe used to be the labs and until a couple of years ago housed the employees of the PCT).
