Ready, steady, Bake!

Decided to make some bread for the first time in years (using the breadmaker machine) - seemed to turn out ok.

We were late to the Bake Off party - we only started watching the BBC's 'Great British Bake Off' show last year, but soon got hooked.
This year by chance Mrs Lomond had made a cake the same day the first episode aired, so we decided to follow what many others seem to do and make sure we have some cake whilst watching every week. (But probably like this week and last, it's more likely to be shop-bought).
Tonight - carrot cake!
