Stand Out From the Crowd

Came across a gorgeous field of purple clover with just one or two small patches of white ones daring to be different..........shame it was so overcast as I'm sure it would look even more lovely in the sunshine :-)

I'm just calming down after doing the quickstep with a huge spider in the bathroom..........I didn't realise I was standing right next to it while I was cleaning my teeth but spotted it as I went to put out the light. I couldn't leave it there, right next to my bedroom so I fetched my spider catcher ( a large pint glass and a piece of card to slide under) , however, just as I was about to put the glass over the spider he had other ideas and ran for my bare feet........I resisted the urge to squeal like a girl and just did an Irish jig ( Michael Flatley would be proud) as it ran back and forth around my feet.
The spider eventually headed off for the towel I had knocked on the floor which I quickly grabbed up, this clearly annoyed him as he turned round and headed for my feet again.........an encore of Riverdance ensued ( I'm too old and tired for all this exercise) as he chased me round the bathroom eventually stopping for a rest on the bath mat........I saw my opportunity and seized it, plonked the glass over him ( it only just fitted he was so big!!) and called hubby to pick him up ( my back won't let me bend that far with both arms forward ). With the offender apprehended and escorted out of the front door I can finally relax..........and no, I didn't stop to take his photo, I was far too relieved to see the back of him ;-)))
