Lemon Top

Back home in the North East there is a delicacy called a Lemon Top.

Its a Mr Whippy cone with lemon sorbet crowning the velvet vanilla fluffyness. Often it is accompanied by a flake.

It truly is the business.

So now that I'm home I've decided that there is an alternative. We visited Flavours at John o Groats today and I had one made up....not quite the same, but boy is that lemon sorbet gorgeous :)

I will be back for another one in the not too distant future. :D
