Sunrise over the Clyde

A beautiful morning, but definitely signs of the days getting a bit shorter. It wasn't that long ago the sun was well up when I was on my way to Loch Lomond in the mornings. A wonderful calm swim to Cameron House ensued with Fee, Heather and Ken followed by a frantic trip via the backroads caused by traffic jams on the M8. However, even that didn't ruin my post-swim bliss. I was on an all day training course which was fabulous and there was chocolate cake at lunch, so a good day all round!
