Musée du Compagnonnage

Visited the Musée du Compagnonnage in the afternoon which is definitely well worth a visit. It's a collection of masterpieces from Master builders, tanners, carpenters and patissiers amongst others. Made us both wish that we could do something quite that impressive.

We decided to try the local patisserie, nougat de Tours. To make it a fair taste test we had to try both the original and the raspberry flavour. I preferred the raspberry one (extra photo) even if that might be frowned upon by some.
