Shifting gear

Back to college for Ben  - no lessons, just another induction and receiving his timetable.

While he was there I recorded a couple of tetrads along the western boundary of South Lincolnshire, one of which included a rather nice stretch of disused railway now managed as a nature reserve. This vibrant poppy was in a nearby arable field, that I briefly trespassed in to check out the arable margins.

He'd finished by early afternoon, which coincided nicely with me driving past Stamford, so I was able to pick him up. His timetable doesn't look too bad - so far only one 9am start, but that's liable to change!!
