This is the pose

Apparently this is one of the restorative yoga poses I need to do.

I just bought the cuboid bolster today from calmbreath who seem to make the most amazing cushions ( I have no connection to the company).

I've had a large leg bolster from them for a while and I feel my legs benefit from it for a good 20 mins before I sleep :-) I have a small sitting cushion from them which I took to France and it was fab to use. I need to refocus on my posture I let it all go in Barcelona so I'm back into bad habits.
