Transport Museum: Flying Scot

The Riverside Museum in Glasgow is the National Museum of Transport for Scotland and is an impressive building on the Clyde. There is huge range of vehicles on display-bicycles,buses,trams,trains,cars and ships along with replica shops and streets. Many of the cars are displayed on a wall which makes them a bit difficult to see in detail but otherwise it is a very well presented collection.
This display advertising The Flying Scot bicycle caught my eye on the day after Chris Hoy won his sixth gold.Not quite Sir Chris's bike!
