.... from who is supposedly Australia's most common bird!!!!

A Black faced Cuckoo-shrike, and this is only the second one I have seen in the area!! Scroll down on right hand side and listen to its call.

After a hectic morning packing, decided as we have elections today for our local Council, whilst out to vote, would pop into my private wetlands.

Found the wonderful Kookaburra singing aloud in a gum tree!

Then spotted something looking very different with the whitish body fly over?

Here it was, looking down at me! Then off to another tree as shown here in my Blip.
