Amazing Day...

Went for a lovely drive to Balmaclellan and New Galloway. We were planning to go for a walk in the forest but we were stopped by the rally. It was a nice surprise and good to see and hear. After watching the cars for a bit and chatting to a local man, who told us of some nice walks we headed on. Stopped at a local shop for an ice cream. Then onto a visitor centre we didn't know existed, we enjoyed tea and cake. Finally onto Auchencairn where we skimmed stones, listened to a lady who was walking the beach, playing her flute. We found 3 tiny crabs. It was such a lovely day. P made dinner of salmon, potatoes and bacon.
