El Pueblito de Alfaix

So, we are staying in one of the Holiday Property Bond's sites in Andalucia, Spain, near Almeria.
It's a fabulous site, only 6.5 years old and there seems to be plenty of local places to visit. This is one of the 3 pools.
After breakfast on the terrace in the shade, we attended the "welcome" briefing, which gave us some good ideas of places to visit.
We booked the onsite restaurant for dinner this evening and then headed down to Turre, to the supermarket situated "at the 5th speedbump!" for some supplies.
Lunch and then a siesta for Dad and a wander around the site and a swim for us followed.
It's very hot so we are very grateful for the air conditioning, and late afternoon we took full advantage whilst watching the sport for a little while before dinner.
A lovely meal in the open air, with some live music from the bar was our evening entertainment and then we retired across the courtyard to our apartment to watch a bit of Paralympics from Rio - we're doing well aren't we?!  :)
