Landlocked

A day off in the middle of the week was unusual in itself. The reason for this was also unusual...taking my son back to Boys Brigade summer camp after it was abandoned at the weekend due to an overdose of Scottish summer weather....torrential rain had meant that the campsite disappeared under water. Still the changeable British weather came to the rescue with dry and sunny weather forecast for the rest of the week so they all headed back to camp today.

After dropping him off we explored some of the Borders towns and I was surprised to find that Kelso was not quite so landlocked as I had thought...
