Made it!

Walked up my first (and last) munro - Ben Lomond - with a group of Dennis' work colleagues and wives, plus 2 dogs. We set of around 9.30 and reached summit just before 12.30. Back down again by 2.30. Exhausted! Breathtaking views all the way up and down (one in extras).
Height 974 m (3,196 ft)
I can remember walking up Snowdon when I was a teenager - a bit higher at 1,085 m (3,560 ft) - and I've just learnt that this is referred to as a Furth because it is outside of Scotland, but would otherwise have qualified as a Munro!
