Tommy

Replica WW1 trenches have been erected at Park Hall near where I live. As part of the Heritage Open Days they were manned by the Royal Warwicks 1914-18 Living History Group all in period costume.

They had lots of equipment and explained what trench life and warfare would have been like as well as giving us a demo. The photo is of one of the Tommies on duty and the thumbnail is his gas mask.
