The National Disgrace

Sitting on top of Calton Hill is the National Monument or sometimes referred to as the National Disgrace because it ran out of funding when being built and was never actually finished. What is more of a disgrace is trying to get a clear photo without tourists clambering all over it. Long shutter speeds and ND filters make them disappear - if only there was a better way...
