Fly

I spent the afternoon watching the relays at the World Orienteering Championships; a couple of great races and well deserved winners. As a result I went into the garden in the morning hunting for a blip. I decided it would need to be a macro shot; the flowers aren’t at their best so I stalked some flies. This is one on the grey bin for domestic waste. He / she are amazingly colourful.
