"Rapt"

I am reading a book of that name, a very interesting piece on the mind and attentiveness. I will not write a review, but if you have ever wondered about a wandering aimless mind, well it is a terrific presentation of the science of attentiveness.

I was thinking about this as I watched a gang of kids in the colorful kayaks, a great summer program in our city. These kids were "rapt" in the experience, just totally there! No texting and no videos!!!!!!!!! I chose this soft focus photo as that is part of my "rapt"!
