Foraging with Fi

A lovely day of lessons today including a guest lecture from the renowned Fi Martynoga - as part of the session she took us on a foraging trip around the campus.

We found a surprising amount of wild edibles within a very short radius including yarrow, hogweed, vetch, chamomile, brambles, rosehips, elders, barberries, beech nuts and hazel nuts.
