So.

We are going to go on holiday for the first time in 4 years.

Last night, SNCF had a technical fault at the very, very end of the ticket buying process. Then Eurostar couldn't recognise my phone number whatever way i typed it in, even after frustrated texts to my brothers for help. Then Eurostar timed out.
I gave up.

This evening, Eurostar tickets were bought on the third attempt.

Also had to fill out 2 passport applications.

Next, tickets to London. Euros. Cat-sitter.

Is it worth it, I ask myself?

Quite possibly not.
