Traditional Ozzie Breakfast

This is not your gourmet Sunday morning "brunch" kind of breakfast.  This is what I cook for my Lovely Man every morning.  It's a tradition with us. I love all the extras  on my plate - the mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, even the smoked salmon, but my Man has simple needs and this is what he will order, no matter how high class the restaurant.
I have been looking at the Blips for this challenge so far and find they are all quite cerebral. I thought I would break with that tradition.
This experience has shown me how hard it is to make eggs look delicious in mono, therefore I have put the full glory of my Lovely Man's breakfast in extras.
