Up at sunrise

I was up early this morning, and so were the deer, 8 of them all together. They are after the apples, which are almost covering the ground under the trees. I have done my best to have them not go to waste, but to no avail. This years crop is so abundant.
In the evening we attended a surprise birthday party for Aspen at her parents, with a bunch of her friends. She was totally surprised, it was great!
