Sally Mair - Loving life

Inspiring Impressionists

Thoroughly enjoyed the exhibition at the National Gallery today. I love the way they decorate the pillars to represent what is going on inside. Beautiful paintings with a very well planned layout. Good staff too who were interested in what they were doing and ready to help visitors.
It was really interesting too, to see three pictures of similar scenes by three different artists displayed next to each other.
Lovely bacon roll first in Contini's cafe underneath the gallery..... don't know what is going on with bacon rolls, it's the second time recently I've been served a bacon roll with 6 rashers of bacon in it... Which is all very well but I would have preferred to pay £1 less and have 3 rashers which would have been plenty I'm sure.
