Walmart

Western supermarkets have been pretty successful in breaking into the market in China. In Nanchang there are a few Walmarts (this particular one was the first to open a few years ago), a Metro (which has the best selection of imported goods and so is the most popular with expats) and a Carrefour. No Tesco...yet.
Naturally these supermarkets cater to the local market so if you visit Nanchang from abroad don't expect them to be the same as at home.
