Mediterranean diet

Lovely salad - and I made the dressing with argan oil.  We first discovered argan oil whilst in Morocco last Christmas, and liked the nutty flavour.  But goodness it's expensive to buy in this country - anyone visiting Morocco is welcome to bring some home for us!  

And for my colleague who commented today that when I featured my dinner (quite frequently) there was always a glass of red wine - I would point out that this is the SAME bottle as featured on 12th Sept.

And the pills are naproxen - in an attempt to bring under control the pain from my left knee.
