Another beautiful day

Today the heatwave continued although with temperatures that didn't quite match the astonishing 39°C that my car registered yesterday.  After a morning of work of the paid variety I spent some time relaxing in the garden this afternoon where I took this shot of the osteospermums  which are just loving the weather conditions as they are growing bigger and better daily.  The  droplets are from the watering spray as we've had no rain since the weekend.
This evening we met up with our accountant for the annual going over of the figures, which might sound boring but wasn't as we always finish the evening with dinner, this year an excellent curry...and he was paying!
