Anyone at home?

I'll admit that this isn't the most photogenic of homes, but it is the biggest bug house I've ever seen! It is situated in an orchard at the back of a nearby garden centre and is most elaborate.
I wonder whether any bugs live in there. I'd like to think that there were bumble bees and friendly beetles, but one can't be choosy, and maybe it houses creatures that feast on our precious garden!
