TwinWood festival

Went for the first time to a fabulous vintage festival just outside Bedford.

Everyone dressed up and I mean everyone, in all the fabulous era's including the glitzy 20's to the plain worn torn 40's.

Rockerbillies slicked their hair and glamorous military personnel stood to attention. People danced like the were possessed in the rock and roll classes or glided gracefully around the floor to a little Glenn Miller.

It was wonderful to be caught up in world. Stalls sold everything you needed to walk out as one of the vintage locals.

I loved these original vintage nylon bracelets designed by Ketty Dalsgaurd, based on what she saw at the docks, the metal rings for holding the ropes on the ships. Loved the colour range, but not in production anymore.
