Tuscan farmhouse

On the next hilltop. (This is a very small painting, postcard sized and I am uploading it from my phone. I have no idea how it will look in a large computer screen) The light here is incredible and today we have had rumbling thunder accompanied by high winds and thrashing rain. We watched the wine being bottled (well, bagged actually) into 10 litre bags in boxes to be sold to bars and restaurants that sell wine by the glass. Thought we might buy one but were told we would need to drink it within two weeks so perhaps that would be a mistake!!
Tomorrow's weather is looking more settled so am looking forward to a trip out to paint from a different spot
