Flight of fancy

Not a bad morning so far, cloudy but with some sun but not raining.
Very stiff and sore body this morning, took a tumble yesterday, took the skin off my knee and smacked my back into the squared planter box and jarred my shoulders in the grounds of a place where we went for a meal.
